Job summary

The Josie Hotel Rossland in Rossland, BC is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join the kitchen team for the winter season. You will keep dishware and utensils spotless, assist with daily kitchen cleanliness and support the team to ensure a smooth operation during our luxury ski-in/ski-out resort season.

Qualifications

• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchen and dish areas.
• Keeps dishware, glassware and utensils clean and organized.
• Supports the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dish room, kitchen aisles and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemicals.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine and sort/store clean items.
• Return cleaned items to assigned areas and empty trash as required.
