Job summary

The Josie Hotel Rossland in BC is seeking a Guest Services Agent for the winter season.

As a seasonal part-time host, you will greet guests, provide ski valet and luggage assistance, share information on hotel amenities and local attractions, and help create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment; valet or guest service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Provide ski valet services, including receiving, organizing, storing, and retrieving ski equipment.
• Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience for all.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe guest service and ski valet area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
