Job summary

RED Mountain Resort in Canada is hiring a Dishwasher/Busser for the 2026/27 Winter Season. You’ll be essential in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, sanitizing dishes, and supporting the culinary team during food service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication with F&B staff.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and wash utensils and dishes to required standards.
• Inspect dishes for damage and report issues to the Chef de Cuisine.
• Clean and maintain dishwashing machines and monitor chemicals.
• Pre-rinse, wash, sanitize, and restack dishes and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area and surrounding workspace.
• Assist with receiving goods and organizing storage areas.
• Follow health and safety standards, including chemical handling.
• Prepare stations 30 minutes before service and assist bussing as needed.
• Support other stations and team members during shifts.
