Joseph Transportation Group is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue generation and steer both sales and marketing functions. You will drive new business development, shape market strategy, and elevate the brand across channels, partnering with operations and finance to align goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in transportation or logistics, a strong hunter mindset, and proven ability to manage CRM and marketing platforms while delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an asset.
• 10+ years in sales and/or marketing leadership within transportation or logistics.
• Proven success in new business development and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience leading teams and working with CRM and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and measure a high-performing sales team with KPIs.
• Drive new business development with a hunter mindset.
• Oversee key accounts and client retention initiatives.
• Align marketing initiatives with operations and service capabilities.
• Track performance, pipeline health, and marketing ROI.
