Job summary

NewAge Products Inc. is seeking a Director of Transportation to lead outbound freight, exceptions, and reverse logistics with a data-driven, AI-enabled approach.

You will own carrier strategy, OTIF performance, and budget ownership while building a high-performing team across transportation, exceptions, and returns. The role requires hands-on analytics, leadership of cross-functional teams, and strategic vendor management, including travel to the Toronto Experience Centre as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools to solve operational problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, logistics or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transportation and reverse-logistics strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and optimize outbound carrier and network footprint; lead capacity planning.
• Oversee budgeting, cost-reduction initiatives and freight negotiations.
