Responsibilities

• Drive Canadian revenue growth by developing a Canada-specific go-to-market strategy.
• Build and develop the Canadian team to meet market opportunities.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand Canadian market presence.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Canada.
• Lead the preparation of proposals tailored to Canadian clients.
• Oversee project delivery to align with client expectations.

Skills

Strong Canadian transportation market network

Proven leadership in building and scaling teams

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills

Deep understanding of Canadian transportation policy, funding, and delivery models

Willingness to travel within Canada and to the US

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
