The Role

We are seeking a Director of People to join our team! Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Technology, this role will lead the People & Culture function, overseeing Employee Lifecycle Management, talent management, and organizational development. The Director will lead a high-performing team and align the People strategy with company goals to foster an effective, positive work environment.

Who you are

  • Completed post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership in high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively across teams
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
