Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years of progressive engineering or technology leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, regulated, multi-system initiatives and leading teams through change.
• Strong business and systems thinking with ability to connect technical decisions to outcomes.
• Experience with automated testing, deployment automation and secure software delivery.
• Outcome-driven, pragmatic with bias for action.
• Clear, influential communication and collaboration across business, technology and vendors.
• Experience coaching technical practitioners and building inclusive teams.
• Growth mindset: seek feedback, learn quickly, adapt priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from discovery to operations.
• Translate objectives into secure, scalable solutions to improve outcomes and enable growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, integration, security and operations.
• Communicate trade-offs across scope, cost, risk, quality and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate technical, security, performance, compliance, and operational risks.
• Ensure readiness for launch and ongoing operations, including testing and lifecycle planning.
