- Experience in life insurance underwriting and risk assessment.
- Enterprise AI product and solution delivery experience.
- Experience operating in regulated insurance environments.
- Strong stakeholder leadership bridging underwriting with technical delivery.
- Knowledge of GenAI patterns, retrieval-augmented generation, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle delivery of AI initiatives from planning through value realization.
- Lead day-to-day execution of data scientists and squad members and remove blockers.
- Establish and maintain the squad’s delivery rhythm with sprint planning and reviews.
- Coordinate delivery across underwriting, actuarial, product, data science, and other partners.
- Balance growth, risk, operational efficiency, and customer experience objectives.
