Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Director, Domain Enterprise Architect, RPA and Intelligent Automation to lead architecture for Intelligent Automation platforms. You will shape future-state architectures, standards, roadmaps and governance across RPA, document processing, Power Platform, process mining, and Agentic AI integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Enterprise architecture credentials preferred (TOGAF, IASA CITA)
• Experience in enterprise RPA and intelligent automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain domain architecture strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Assess current RPA and automation architectures for gaps and risks.
• Define future-state architectures for RPA, document processing and low-code automation.
• Establish patterns, guardrails and reference architectures for secure, scalable automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology executives to communicate direction and options.
• Drive platform standardization and reusable automation patterns.
• Lead governance, risk assessments and architecture decision records.
• Align decisions with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
