Sun Life Financial is seeking a Manager, Finance Automation to lead transformation engagements across its Global Finance community. You will partner with Finance teams and developers to design and deliver intelligent automation using GenAI, Copilot, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate and RPA across enterprise processes.
The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, strong Excel and Power Query skills, and an AI-enabled mindset to drive measurable value.
Formación
- CPA/CA/CMA/CGA or equivalent degree with 5–7 years of experience.
- Experience in consulting or financial services transformation.
- Experience applying AI in finance and automation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end transformation engagements, from discovery to value realization.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and shape solution backlog.
- Collaborate with finance teams and developers to define requirements.
- Validate financial results and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage multiple initiatives and prioritize timelines.
