Aecon is seeking a Director, Project Finance to oversee financial management for the Darlington New Nuclear Program (DNNP). This role reports to the Director, Finance and collaborates with project directors, teams, and the client OPG.

The position entails leading monthly closes, forecasts, budgets, and contract risk reviews while mentoring the Project Finance team and coordinating with Aecon Treasury for hedging and LC operations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Requires strong financial management skills for large-scale projects.
• Must understand IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and integrated project controls.

• Provide financial reporting to clients and project teams.
• Oversee month-end close and project forecasting.
• Review contracts for commercial terms and risk; advise on mitigations.
• Mentor junior Project Finance staff and work with Treasury on hedging.
• Deliver monthly project financial updates to leadership.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and stakeholder relationships.
