Job summary

Brim Financial is seeking a junior product professional to help deliver our credit card and payments platform to banks and fintech clients. You’ll support partner integrations from requirement through launch, with hands-on ownership of day-to-day delivery.

You’ll work with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk and Compliance to translate partner needs into clear specs and measurable KPIs. This role offers rapid growth in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in product management, business analysis, or a technical/analytical role.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support partner integrations and onboarding as we deploy to new banks and fintech clients.
• Own product requirements and specs, translating partner and business needs into clear requirements and technical specifications.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance on day-to-day delivery and technical design discussions.
• Dig into product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to inform prioritization and measure post-launch impact.
• Document specs, decisions, and workflows so cross-functional teams stay aligned as the product evolves.
