Job summary

Prairie PoCUS, part of PRAIRIE UNITED HOLDING INC., is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day activities remotely. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manages people and priorities, and ensures scalable systems while maintaining high quality and patient-centered service.

• 7+ years progressive operations/management experience with leadership and analytical skills.
• Preferred: Master's degree or certification; multi-site scaling and healthcare/education/service experience.

• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
