Job summary

Holstein Canada seeks a Director of Innovation & Systems to lead technology, data, innovation and business improvement across the organization. Reporting to the CEO, this senior role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution to optimize systems, processes and member experiences.

The Director will drive a multi-year roadmap, ensure cyber and data governance, and partner with leaders to define KPIs and dashboards while guiding vendor relationships and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT, CS, business or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in technology, systems or digital transformation.
• Ability to connect business needs with practical technology solutions.
• Experience moving complex initiatives from discovery to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the innovation and continuous-improvement agenda to advance strategic priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify manual or inefficient processes for automation or redesign.
• Develop clear recommendations, business cases and implementation plans linked to business needs.
• Develop and execute a multi-year technology and systems roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Oversee technology vendors, contracts, budgets and major projects.
