Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Integration to establish and mature our enterprise data capability. You will shape the data strategy, architecture, governance, integration standards, and technology roadmap to support analytics, AI, and digital transformation.

You will lead a Data Engineering team and partner across business and technology to transform data initiatives into a scalable, governed enterprise asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise data architecture, integration architecture, or related roles.
• Experience building enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading technical teams and engaging with executives/stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, analytics, cloud, security.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, and integration standards.
• Lead the Data Engineering team and cross-group collaboration to scale data capability.
• Provide leadership for data platforms, analytics environments, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish governance processes, reduce technical debt, and promote reuse across data platforms.
