Qualifications

• 15+ years progressing through technology, product, and innovation leadership roles.
• Track record leading large-scale, multi-market digital platforms or payments initiatives with quantified commercial results.
• Experience restructuring enterprise technology operations with cost or performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the innovation roadmap tied to defined business outcomes.
• Build structural backbones for idea sourcing, evaluation criteria, and prioritization processes.
• Institutionalize agile product delivery across business units for repeatable, measurable outcomes.
• Lead full-stack technology restructuring ensuring cost reduction, reliability, and scalability.
• Direct build-out of enterprise data platforms turning first-party data into actionable insights.
• Own AI-driven solutions that create competitive or operational advantages.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch with time-to-market accountability.
• Lead multi-market platform or payments initiatives with revenue growth tracked.
