Job summary

Teladoc Health Canada seeks a strategic technology leader to define and execute its technology, product, innovation and cybersecurity roadmap. The VP will drive a secure, scalable platform enabling high-quality virtual and hybrid care while guiding enterprise data governance and responsible AI initiatives.

The role partners with legal, privacy, compliance, and global teams to ensure regulatory alignment and operational excellence across technology, product, and analytics functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in technology, product/digital, and data/analytics.
• Proven ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Teladoc Health Canada’s technology strategy, product roadmap, and multi-year plan.
• Own budget, portfolio, and project management for digital initiatives and operations.
• Lead enterprise data governance, analytics, and responsible AI initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk management, and cloud/architecture programs.
• Partner with legal, privacy, compliance, and global teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
