Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant leadership experience.
• 5+ years’ mid-level IT or related management experience in health care.
• Experience directing and overseeing a broad spectrum of technology services and IT strategy.
• CPHIMS designation considered an asset.
• Ability to analyse and interpret statistical data and monitor quality and performance indicators.
• Experience working with diverse staff and stakeholders, with knowledge of diversity and social inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and delivery of Digital Solutions services within an integrated provincial model.
• Partners with NS Health, IWK, DHW, and Nova Scotia Digital Services to align priorities.
• Provides 24/7 executive support during critical outages and incidents.
• Ensures a customer service focused approach and develops KPI reporting for the portfolio.
• Advises senior management on Digital Solutions reporting and performance metrics.
