Job summary

Teladoc Health Canada seeks a Vice President of Technology and Innovation to shape the technology strategy, oversee product and engineering functions, and drive cybersecurity and data governance across the organization.

You will build a secure, scalable digital health ecosystem and collaborate with clinical, commercial, legal, privacy and global partners to align roadmaps with regulatory needs and Teladoc Health’s global strategy for Canadian growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in technology, product management, and/or data and analytics.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Experience leading technology modernization and enterprise technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Teladoc Health Canada’s technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own SDLC, cybersecurity, cloud governance, and technology operations budgets.
• Lead enterprise data governance, analytics and AI enablement.
• Partner with legal, privacy, compliance and clinical teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
