Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Human Resources to establish and lead our HR function for a rapidly expanding tech startup focused on sustainable solutions. This remote-first role requires building an inclusive culture, shaping HR strategy, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

You will partner with the executive team to drive talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and development for a distributed global workforce.

Formación

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles with a track record of building HR functions.
• Experience establishing and managing HR for remote-first or distributed teams.
• Expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive alignment ability.
