Qualifications

• Proven experience in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Mandatory industry experience in an agency, consultancy, marketing org, or professional services.
• Hands-on AI design, prototyping, and data-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data integrations, and automation tools.
• Experience evaluating tech for reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Evidence-based approach prioritizing business value and measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in agriculture or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a practical AI and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Translate business challenges into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Lead pilots and experiments to validate proposed solutions and measure impact.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, operations, finance, project management, creative, media, and client services to redesign workflows.
• Create repeatable AI use cases, delivery frameworks, and value models for clients.
• Assess solutions for reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability while promoting responsible implementation.
• Guide teams through AI adoption and change management in daily workflows.
• Define success metrics, track outcomes, and report progress to senior leadership.
