Job summary

Holstein Canada is seeking a Director, Innovation & Systems to lead technology, data, and digital priorities across the organization. You will drive AI adoption, modernize legacy systems, and guide the internal systems and technology team to deliver measurable business value for members, customers and employees.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop a multi-year technology roadmap, partner with leaders to streamline processes, oversee vendor contracts and manage budgets while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in technology, systems, digital transformation, innovation or business improvement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect organizational needs to technology solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of implementation from discovery to measurable results.
• Experience redesigning processes and introducing automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and continuous-improvement agenda aligned to strategic priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify and automate inefficient processes.
• Develop business cases and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Oversee technology vendors, budgets and major projects.
• Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection practices.
• Develop data governance and KPI dashboards for decision-making.
• Improve digital member experiences and trusted data sources.
• Lead and develop the internal systems and technology team.
• Communicate complex issues in clear business language to CEO and Board.
