Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 2 years in leading a design team in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design for enterprise tools.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency, design systems, tokens, and engineering handoff.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and raise design quality across the team.
• Own design processes: scoping, reviews, handoff, and measurement.
• Define future design-team structures, roles, and hiring needs.
• Represent user needs with Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Remain hands-on on the most complex, high-impact design initiatives.
• Own UX/UI vision from concept to detailed specs and handoff.
