Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock seeks a Director to lead Global Technology & Operations Strategy & Transformation with a strong emphasis on shaping and delivering the AI agenda. You will unify strategy, funding, governance, and delivery across segments and countries to realize tangible business value.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps, drive accountability, and scale reusable AI capabilities while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across strategy and transformation, technology, AI, program management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with governance and funding.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen and ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and driving accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end AI and Automation program with governance and funding oversight.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes across GTO.
