• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Finance & Treasury Technology and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Partner with sponsors, technology leaders, architects, product owners and SMEs to define delivery strategies and value realization plans.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, data, architecture, and control functions to establish ownership and accountability.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies and benefits in a complex global environment.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions for timely decisions.
• Develop executive communications, project reporting and dashboards with clear insights on health and risks.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and regulatory considerations.
