Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group seeks a Director of Artificial Intelligence for Finance to translate AI potential into measurable improvements in FP&A, Controllership and project finance. You will lead a small, global team, build AI agents, and drive adoption aligned with enterprise standards.

You will partner with CoE, IT, and Digital orgs to define strategy, secure sponsorship, and ensure ROI while balancing risk and control. Hybrid work in Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Technology or related field.
• Proven experience leading AI, data, automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set AI strategy and governance for Global Finance.
• Lead a disciplined portfolio of use cases with sponsors and owners.
• personally design, build and test AI-enabled workflows and agents.
