Responsibilities

• Manage and develop warranty operating procedures within Brandt Tractor.
• Develop and deploy warranty recovery policies and processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the Warranty Team.
• Motivate and lead a large team.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely warranty claims.
• Approve all goodwill and warranty payments.
• Conduct warranty training for Brandt employees.
• Develop metrics and maintain warranty reports.
