Job summary

Geely Auto Canada is seeking a Warranty Manager to lead the full lifecycle of warranty management, policy governance, and dealer-network support from Toronto. You will oversee claims processing, audits, cost control, and data-driven quality improvements across Aftersales, Technical, and HQ teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of automotive warranty experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Travel to dealer locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive warranty management or aftersales operations.
• Deep understanding of warranty claims lifecycle and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with warranty system management and integration with factory/HQ systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern warranty policies and guidelines aligned with factory standards and Canadian regs.
• Oversee end-to-end warranty claims lifecycle from submission to reimbursement.
• Audit dealer submissions, monitor performance, and drive cost controls.
• Provide dealer guidance on processes, timelines, and requirements.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Technical, Parts, Finance and HQ teams.
• Lead system integration, testing, and optimisation for warranty tools.
• Support recalls, training, and recall/service campaign execution.
