Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Director of Process Improvement & Workflow Reengineering to lead enterprise workflow redesign, establish the Process Improvement Centre of Excellence, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the organization. You will guide end-to-end workflow analysis, design future-state processes, and ensure governance and benefits realization.

A strong Lean background and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years leading Process Improvement teams/functions focused on workforce transformation.
• Master Blackbelt in LEAN, with capability development for enterprise organizations.
• Certifications in Agile, user-centred design, Prosci change management, or organization design methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SE Health's Process Improvement Centre of Excellence and mature it with consistent approaches.
• Govern enterprise workflow redesign across lines and functions; ensure prioritization and governance.
• Model workflow options, identify friction points, and guide decision-making.
• Develop AI-enabled workflow designs and governance for human-in-the-loop control.
