Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Director of Organizational Design & Agentic Workforce Design in Markham, ON. This senior role drives how work is organized after workflow redesigns, integrating job, skills, and agentic workforce design across the enterprise.

The incumbent leads design initiatives, governance and takes accountability for optimal human, digital, and agentic workforce mix, with a focus on future-of-work strategies and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, organizational psychology, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading Job and Organizational Design teams/programs (in-house or consulting).
• Experience designing AI-enabled operating and workflow models or partnering on GenAI programs with human-in-the-loop controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Organizational Design & Agentic Workforce Design function.
• Translate workflow redesign outputs into organizational, job, and workforce design recommendations.
• Model organizational design scenarios for cost, capability, spans/layers, and workforce sustainability.
• Design governance structures, accountability models, and decision rights frameworks.
• Design operating model options aligned to redesigned workflows.
• Establish job architecture and skills architecture governance and enterprise adoption.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Master’s degree in a related field
