Job summary

SE Health in Markham, ON invites applications for a Director, Process Improvement & Workflow Reengineering. You will lead the Process Improvement Centre of Excellence and enterprise workflow redesign, partnering with HR, Digital, and Operations to optimize work across the organization.

You will shape future workforce design and AI-enabled workflows, establishing governance and measurement. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PI leadership, with strong communication and stakeholder management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Master Black Belt in LEAN with proven capability to lead PI practitioners.
5+ years of experience leading Process Improvement teams/functions focused on workforce transformation.
Proven ability to design AI-enabled operating/workflow models or partner on GenAI initiatives.
Strong analytical capability and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Process Improvement Centre of Excellence and establish enterprise methods, playbooks, and governance.
Manage end-to-end workflow redesign across lines and functions; identify bottlenecks and non-value-added activity.
Develop future-state workflow designs aligned to strategic objectives; assess automation opportunities.
Produce workflow intelligence to inform workforce design decisions and performance measures.
Oversee governance, benefits realization, and executive reporting; coach staff to higher levels of Lean mastery.
