Job summary

The Granite Club is seeking a full-time Dining Reservations Lead to drive occupancy and act as a brand ambassador across dining outlets. You will mentor the coordinator team, supervise reservations, and optimize seating flow to support front-of-house service and kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Experience in hospitality or FOH leadership is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature & activation bookings for specialty dining and outlets; uphold policies.
• Lead and mentor dining reservations coordinators; manage conflicts and service recovery.
• Coordinate seating grids, floor layouts, and table management to balance service and kitchen flow.
• Prepare pre-shift briefings; review member profiles, dietary notes and special celebrations.
• Coordinate with culinary and leadership on group menus and service requirements.
