The Digital Sales & Technical Support Specialist plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Canada Limited by driving digital sales growth, delivering impactful software demonstrations, and providing advanced technical support for eyecare digital solutions. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, refining product rollout strategies, and enhancing user experience through tailored presentations that highlight ROI, clinical benefits, and workflow integration. The role also involves building relationships with key opinion leaders, supporting digital workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and product innovation.
