Join the bank's Employee Technology Services team as a Help Desk Agent, providing first-level support for technology products or applications. You will handle escalated client needs from multiple lines of business related to infrastructure or applications, resolving issues or escalating as necessary, while providing on-call support. Your role involves interpreting information from first-level responses, identifying gaps in problem resolution processes to improve efficiency, and applying high-level troubleshooting expertise when standard procedures are insufficient. You will contribute to the bank's innovative, digital transformation initiatives.
$19/hr to $23/hr, depending on skills, experience, and education.
