  • Managing the product backlog, including ticket grooming, prioritization, and acceptance testing.
  • Overseeing data integrations and transformations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, and other data sources to ensure data consistency and usability.
  • Partnering with UX/UI designers, developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to improve digital products.
  • Qualifications: A diploma in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across marketing, IT, and data teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, data transformation pipelines, and MarTech ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience with customer data platforms, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Ability to work onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs.
