Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Learning & Training Coordinator to support HUB digital learning initiatives in Toronto. You will help design curriculum, develop training materials, and coordinate webinars for staff and community partners.

This role requires strong presentation skills, experience in adult education, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging learning content. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in adult and/or youth education or related fields.
• 2+ years of training, facilitation or curriculum writing experience.
• Ability to deliver high-quality training in supportive settings.
• Experience researching best practices to create engaging learning content.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Dropbox; PowerPoint and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement and training with HUB partners and staff.
• Research and develop HUB curriculum and materials.
• Coordinate online Community of Practice activities.
• Assist Communications and Marketing planning for HUB.
• Uphold confidentiality and data protection per policy.
