Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Dorval, QC is seeking an Intern in Instructional Design and Digital Learning for Winter 2027. You will help design, develop, and QA digital learning for enterprise technology adoption, applying evidence-informed learning principles for adult learners.

You will conduct learning needs analyses with SMEs, design role-based learning solutions, and develop assets using Articulate 360. Hybrid work and a 4-month duration are offered, with potential travel for training.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Education or Arts.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning objectives.
• Ability to write clear, learner-centered content in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs with SMEs and partners; document requirements.
• Design role- and workflow-based learning solutions with measurable objectives.
• Create design documents, outlines, scripts, job aids, assessments, and evaluations.
• Develop digital learning using Articulate 360 per templates and standards.
• Convert technical material into engaging learning assets; ensure accessibility and QA standards.
• Coordinate reviews, track approvals, and maintain version control.
