Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the project management activities of technical projects in R&T.
• Develop, track and update project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain financial metrics and project planning documentation.
• Establish regular monitoring with project stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly presentations on project progress.
• Elaborate flow diagrams and improve project management processes.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Support the project management activities of technical projects in the field of Research and Technology.
• Develop, track and update project schedules
• Prepare and maintain financial metrics, project planning, and other project-related components
• Establish regular monitoring process with project stakeholders
• Preparing weekly and monthly presentations covering the progress of the project
• Elaborate flow diagrams
• Help improve project management processes (risk and opportunity, change management, project improvement and gate reviews)

• You have completed at least two years of the program
