Job summary

Bombardier invites driven students to join our Completion Center as an internship in a full-time, hybrid role. You will analyze operational data, work on production-improvement projects, build business cases with cross-functional teams, and manage project scopes from start to finish.

You will coordinate with engineering, quality, logistics, and production teams, documenting strategies and reporting progress to leadership. Fluency in French is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiar with continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Enrolled in a university program in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Analytical, proactive, dynamic, resourceful, and a team player.
• French speaking/writing; English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Working on projects aimed at implementing improvements to optimize production processes.
• Participating in and/or creating business cases for operational excellence initiatives with cross-functional teams (production, quality, logistics, finance).
• Structuring the scope, launch, and follow-up of a project.
• Bringing stakeholders together and aligning cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
• Coordinating actions as part of project management with various teams.
• Simplifying and documenting project strategies and solutions.
• Creating presentations and communicating project status to stakeholders and leadership during executive reviews.
• Making strategic recommendations to support Bombardier's objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality).
• Understanding technical parameters and performance indicators of projects (cycle time, response time, capacity).
