The role demands hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS improvements across multiple accounts, agency experience, and clear English on live calls with US clients.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency. As Growth Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing‑brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long‑term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimised the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
