The Marshall Group-Staffing, Recruitment & Employment Agency (Dental & Medical) is assisting a Mississauga practice in finding a friendly Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator. The role requires 2+ years Canadian dental reception experience and familiarity with Curve Hero. Compensation ranges from $20–$30 per hour, with benefits and PTO; general dental care support is provided.

Location is Mississauga (Erin Mills Pkwy/Eglinton). Hours follow a weekday schedule with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years Canadian experience as a Dental Receptionist.
• Experience with Curve Hero preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking patients in/out, providing warm customer service and office tours.
• Managing and optimizing doctor and hygiene schedules.
• Updating patient records accurately in Curve Hero.
• Processing insurance claims (assignment and non-assignment) and handling check-out financial transactions.
• Supporting treatment coordination, including estimates, financial agreements, and treatment plan follow-ups.
• Handling patient communications via phone, email, and text.
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Experienced Dental Receptionist(2+ years Canadian experience)
• Experience with Curve Hero Dental software preferred

Mon (10–7)
Tues (7:30-4)
Wed (7:30-4)

COMPENSATION
