Job summary

The Marshall Group is assisting a busy dental practice in Toronto in hiring a Treatment Coordinator. This leadership role focuses on presenting and planning treatment, including Invisalign, implant, and complex cases, while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

You will lead and manage the team, analyze office data to drive improvements, monitor marketing initiatives, and help build and refine systems across the office.

Compensation: $30-$35 TBD, Competitive base salary plus incentives based on performance
