Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Computer proficiency; experience with Orthodontics software.
• Dental clinic experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with children of all ages.
• Available to work during applicable business hours.
• Willing to travel between clinic locations across Edmonton.
• Uniforms provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and parents/guardians upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Schedule and book patient appointments, managing the schedule efficiently
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Manage insurance administration including direct billing and liaising with insurance companies
• Collect payments and close a balanced day
• Additional duties may be assigned as required

• Experience in an Dentalclinic is an asset

• Ability to work effectively with children of all ages
• Available to work during applicable business hours
• Willing to travel between different clinic locations across Edmonton
