Qualifications

• Diploma in business or office administration.
• 3-5 years as Dental Practice Lead/Manager required.
• Experience in supervisory role including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with dental software and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.
• Review clinic environment and KPIs to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and coach the team.
• Ensure clinic compliance with provincial health regulation standards.
• Manage and oversee all compliance programs with patient safety as a top priority.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
• Support recruitment and manage payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process.
