Mayfair Dental Centre in Victoria, BC, is seeking a capable Office Manager on a full-time basis to join our team. You will oversee front desk operations, manage schedules, and help streamline patient flow and communications between reception and clinical staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in dental office management, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with Tracker software, and a solid grasp of dental terminology and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in dental office management or dental administration.
• Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers.
• Knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes.
