Job summary

Downtown Dental Victoria in Victoria, BC is seeking an Office Manager to lead front desk operations and overall clinic administration.

This full-time role offers 32–40 hours per week with a salary from CAD 75,000 to CAD 85,000 annually, plus career development, bonuses, and team-building opportunities.

As part of 123Dentist, Canada’s largest dentist-owned network, you will coordinate with dental professionals, ensure patient privacy, maintain budgets, and help improve patient flow and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental office management or dental administration experience.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker, CareCru or Max Assist.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook/Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and providers.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and privacy practices.
• Experience managing budgets and financial transactions.
