Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and billing processes.
  • Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting, billing, collections, and insurance claims processing.
  • Ensure compliance with dental regulations and maintain accurate records using electronic dental management software systems.
  • Assist in implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Support clinical staff by managing supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
