RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Administrator to manage billing, insurance claims, patient records, and reception tasks.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient care while upholding privacy and confidentiality standards. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in a dental/medical office, solid software skills with dental PM systems like OpenDental, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in a dental or medical office.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., OpenDental).
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (PIPEDA) and patient confidentiality.
  • Experience with reception duties and coordinating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process patient payments, issue receipts, and submit insurance claims
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and explain treatment costs and coverage to patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with PIPEDA and maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Collaborate effectively with dental staff to support patient care
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent patient interaction
  • Support reception and assist with scheduling as needed

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Administrator to join their team.
