Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental clinic settings with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure overall office efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop new office staff to meet patients’ needs and uphold the clinic’s standards.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and timesheets, overseeing HR functions at both clinics.
• Create, implement, and manage an effective office budget.
• Oversee processing of insurance claims and billing systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver leadership to ensure outstanding client service.
• Greet patients professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and optimize clinic workflow.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Use Tracker software and MaxAssist systems for operations support.
• Train staff on software usage and maintain clinic culture.
